Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Zrosy. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Zrosy. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Zrosy, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Zrosy’s Privacy Policy.
Return Period After Delivery
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. The product must be:
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
In its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have to issue a refund and return your item.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

- The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.

- The product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.
Refunds
We at Zrosy commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the products that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Zrosy is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take 3 days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
1. Refund Time Period
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2 business days after approval.

2. Refund Deductions

- Both-side delivery charges (initial shipping and return shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.

- If the order was part of a free shipping promotion, a standard delivery charge of Rs 99 will be deducted.
3. Refund Processing Conditions
Refunds will only be initiated after:

- The returned product is received and inspected.
- It is confirmed that the product meets our return eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, and in its original condition).
Note: If the item does not meet our criteria, the refund request may be rejected or adjusted for a partial refund.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may take longer in case of:
Payment method-specific processing times (e.g., international credit cards).
Delays caused by the courier or shipping service.
Shipping
Zrosy is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping is return.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Zrosy may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Zrosy reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when zrosy confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Zrosy will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
